Course Description
This course covers units such as introduction to the aviation industry, air cabin crew working environment, people skills and sales, health, safety, security and hygiene. Students will also achieve OCNW Level 2 Airline Customer Service Skills, Aviation First Aid and Health and Safety qualification.
Assessment method
Students will be assessed through written assignments and the production of portfolios of product evidence.
Entry Requirements
Students must be initially interviewed by a group interview with short numeracy and general knowledge tests.
