This course focuses on the ways quality services may be assured in changing conditions. Participants cover concepts and definitions associated with quality and different ways of assuring quality services. In the second session they look at the link between quality and standards and in the third session discuss ways of introducing quality into an organisation. In the final session they examine some of the problems associated with the idea of quality in social work and social care services.
