Course Description
This course is build around specialised units in such areas as Antique, Medieval, Renaissance, Early Modern and Modern art. It explore the way European traditions have, both spread and flourished in other areas, and themselves been modified by interchange with other cultures through trade, migration, colonialisation and globalisation.
Course Fees
2008/09 fees: taught and research courses - £3300 full-time and £1650 part-time.

Assessment method
Coursework, lectures, seminars, practical work, essays, written assignments and dissertation.
Entry Requirements
Candidates are normally expected to have an Upper Second Class (2:1) honours degree. Those for whom English is not a first language, should preferably have a minimum IELTS score of 6.5 (with at least 6 in all sections of the test) or TOEFL score 583 (paper-based) / 237 (CBT) / 93 (IBT). Applicants should check these requirements with the individual departments, where applicable.
