This practical course allows you to experience a broad range of art and design activities, concentrating on the skills you need for your chosen area and developing confidence in communicating ideas, opinions and creativity. Your project work will help develop your individual talents, interests and professional skills in preparation for application to degree level courses. You will undertake a Key Skills qualification in communication to improve your employability, and will be taught by a team of experienced staff who will support your personal development throughout the course.
Minimum age 16 by 31 December of year of entry; Four GCE/GCSE passes at Grade C or above, including GCSE English or Key Skills Communication Level 2 or equivalent.
