Course Description
The course content includes: brief history of aromatherapy and reflexology; contra indications to both treatments; benefits of aromatherapy and reflexology; basic reflexology routines including foot management; hand reflexology technique, hand versus reflexology; conditions and reflexology and aromatherapy; storing oils, carrier oils and selecting oils, buying oils, blending recipes; basic aromatherapy massage techniques.
