Course Description
This course offers both a choice of entry points and a choice of step off points so providing flexibility for the student. Routes on the programme include: Architectural Technology, Building Design Management, Building Project Management and Construction Management. The BSc (Hons) suite of degrees is in concept a broad-based course of study covering all aspects of the built environment, such as design, construction, management, services and servicing, from inception through construction and into the full life of the building. The programme is aimed at students from a range of professional and industrial backgrounds within the built environment with developing careers in a management role.

Assessment method
All students joining the programme will share in acquiring a broad-based knowledge of the industry before moving on to detailed study of their particular specialism. A variety of assessment methods are used. In general, modules are assessed via assignments or a combination of assignment and examination.
