Course Description
Research project proposals are considered for virtually all aspects of archaeology: prehistoric, western Asiatic, eastern Mediterranean, Egyptian, Greek and Roman, Mayan, maritime, medieval, environmental, bioarchaeology, materials and data science, conservation, heritage management and public archaeology, and museum studies. There are five major research groups: Environment and Culture, Social and Cultural Dynamics, Heritage Studies, Material Culture and Data Science, and Complex and Literate Societies. These promote interaction between people whose period and area interests may be different but who are nevertheless involved in similar problems.
Course Fees
Full time fees for 2008/09 were £3,300; part time fees generally 50%. Please check 2009/10 details with the course provider.

Entry Requirements
A UK Master's degree in a relevant discipline (pass of 65% or better), or an overseas qualification of an equivalent standard.
