With a first-rate reputation for our teaching, academic support, real work-experience options, great social/sporting activities - UEA has it all...
This course combines archaeological, anthropological and art historical approaches to art across the world; the programme is interdisciplinary and allows students to study prehistoric, historic and contemporary non-western cultures and societies; in combination with general introductions to archaeology, anthropology and material culture studies, students are given the opportunity to develop their own interests in particular areas; the course combines a year abroad at a university in Australia, New Zealand or North America; a great deal of the Sainsbury Collection, which is central to the teaching on the course, derives from the Pacific and the American North-West Coast; the opportunity to study in these parts of the world complements and enhances students studies.
