The Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship is applicable to support staff whose role requires competence across a range of responsibilities. The framework provides training to support the development of a highly qualified well skilled workforce within the children and young people.s sector and ensures that children and young people accessing services in England gain the best possible care and support.
There are no formal entry requirements, but ideally the candidate should be educated to Level 2 and must be working within the field and ideally working over 30 hours per week. All candidates will need to attend an information session before starting the programme. All candidates will need to undertake a literacy & numeracy assessment prior to starting the apprenticeship training.
