This innovative programme is aimed at those wishing to learn how to work effectively with others, to develop their management and leadership thinking and is vocationally relevant; it provides an ideal opportunity to gain a level 6 qualification within a year and embeds academic learning of management and leadership theories; students attend the university college for a half day each week for 18 week duration to complete the 2 taught modules, whilst the other 2 modules are delivered by an online learning mode and workplace study format; sessions are delivered through lectures, workshops, tutorials guest speakers and action learning sets.
