Course Description
This course will provide a broad based knowledge and understanding in the area of art and design and the culture, social and historical context in which it exists. It includes Painting and Drawing Techniques, 3D Sculpture Printmaking, Lens-based Media Photography, Digital Imaging, Video, History of Art and Design Professional Practice.
Assessment method
Students will be assessed through assignments, group critiques, coursework, exhibition, individual and personal tutorials.
Entry Requirements
Students should have diploma in foundation, studies in Art and Design or Advanced Vocational A-level or GCE A-level pass in an Art and Design related subject or Access Course Certificate in Art and Design.
