Course Description
This course explores aspects of beekeeping which require using low and high power microscope techniques. It include looking at flower morphology in relation to pollination, preparing microscope slides of honey bee exoskeletons, pollen from flowers, pollen loads and honey, dissecting the honey bee and looking for evidence of parasites.
