Course Description
This course is suitable for those who are interested in learning about the broad application of science to everyday life. It helps them to develop the personal skills and the confidence in their ability to learn more about the world around them. The course offers them with the chance to progress further to an in depth study of science at higher levels or to go into employment.

Students will be assessed through a combination of externally assessed assignments and internal assessments (portfolio assignments).
Entry Requirements
Students should have 2 GCSEs at Grades E - F in English and Mathematics A good standard of reading, writing and spoken English. Literacy and Numeracy at Entry Level.
