This unit complements Trees, Shrubs and Hedges by looking at a wide range of herbaceous plants including annuals, biennials and bedding, as well as tub and basket planting and the use of bulbs. This unit also enables keen gardeners to develop their knowledge and gain a recognised qualification in this area
