About this course

The course aims to give students an introduction to the technique. It will cover: The history of the technique The major principles inherent in the technique Activities/games to understand the principles How to apply principles to daily activities at work, leisure and rest.

Additional entry requirements

There are no formal entry requirements. You must be aged 16 or older and have a basic knowledge of the English language. A reasonable level of mobility is needed as students need to get up and down from the floor unaided.
