Course Description
This introductory small group course is designed so that each student will experience some individual hands-on teaching combined with walks in the wonderful countryside around The Centre. The course will be structured so that beginners and those with some previous experience can benefit. The Alexander Technique teaches a way of using the body efficiently which improves posture and brings a sense of well being. It helps to deal with stress and a variety of health problems such as back pain, difficulties with breathing and the use of the voice. It also improves performance in work, music, drama and sport.

Course Fees
Residential fee: Single room Private facilities: £175; Twin/Double room private facilities: £165; Single room Ensuite facilities: £195; Twin/Double room Ensuite facilities: £175; Non residential: £135; Includes all tuition; full board including a cooked breakfast, picnic lunch, home made cakes and a three course evening meal; use of centre resources; tea and coffee making facilities all day. For visitors not on courses: Bed and breakfast from £26 per person per night; children under 13 half price, under 6 free
