The Albany centre offers counseling/psychotherapy training as well as professional development courses and workshops. Group and individual supervision is offered to practitioners in a wide variety of specialism and settings. We work with individuals and groups of adults using a variety of interventions to raise awareness of blocks to emotional well-being and make positive choices about change in their lives.
Individual communication therapy is offered for adults who have difficulties with voice (changes in the sound of your vocal quality, pitch or volume), speech (articulating words and sounds), language (finding the right words to use, putting them in order, understanding) and other general issues around communication.
