Course Description
In this course, students will learn to research the airport industry and their roles in the airport, airport knowledge required by service agents and how to process passengers, boarding procedures and disembarkation of passengers. They can progress onto employment as an Airport Passenger Service Agent.
Assessment method
Students will be assessed through portfolio of evidence.
