Course Description
This Level 2 Certificate is an ideal qualification for individuals who wish to seek employment in airports or simply wish to enhance their studies in Travel and Tourism.
Course Fees
The course fee is £173, the Certificate fee is £45 and study packs £35 (total £253). There may also be short trips to pay for as part of the learning, such as a visit to an airport or travel industry exhibition.
Assessment method
You will be required to produce a portfolio of evidence that covers all the knowledge and skills required by each unit. There are also practical assessments for some units of study.
Entry Requirements
As the principal aim of this course is to prepare you to become an airport passenger services agent, the entry requirements are tailored to the companies preferences in potential employees: sound qualifications such as Maths and English GCSE and, of course, the right presentation and personal qualities. You should be aware that there are certain minimum age requirements ranging from 19-21.
