This course covers units such as aviation industry, health, safety and security in the aviation industry, meeting customer needs in the aviation industry, air travel information, handling air passengers and preparation for working in the aviation industry.
Assessment method
Students will be assessed through written reports, presentations, role play, case studies and practical tasks.
Entry Requirements
Students must have a minimum of 4 GCSEs at grades A - C, or equivalent such as NVQ Level 2 or a BTEC First Diploma and relevant work experience.
