The course is designed for students, travel consultants, re-trainees or returnees. The introductory level syllabus covers - Major airline organisations , ATOL, Air travel destinations, Passports, visas and health, Timetables, Aircraft seating, Minimum connecting times, Air travel booking systems, Fares and flight documentation.

Venue Description
College provides advice and guidance services for students, it also provides support and facilities for Learners with Learning Difficulties and or Disabilities, Counselling Service are also available for students who face difficulties in their personal, emotional or college life. The colleges popular cafe called Hub provides a variety of snacks and light meals, as well as a coffee shop serving mochas and cappuccinos with muffins and other sweet treats.
