Course Description
This course provides participants with training and enhanced opportunities of gaining employment in this very glamorous industry. It shows the airline that they understand the role of the crew member and can already perform many of the duties. It also includes airport work and units suitable for those wishing to work at the airport as ground staff. It covers subjects such as health and safety, use of emergency equipment, first aid, maintaining security, how to provide advice, direct and escort passengers, prepare and serve food and drinks, deal with payments and complaints, customer care, importance of effective team work and working in groups.
Entry Requirements
Participants must have 5 GCSEs at grade D or above or a Level 1 qualification with a Merit profile in a related subject area, minimum of Level 1 Literacy and Numeracy.
