Course Description
This course is ideal for participants those who are seeking employment or for those wishing to enhance their studies in Travel and Tourism. It provides the basic background skills, knowledge and understanding required to work effectively as a member of airline cabin crew. It covers the following topics such as promote effective customer care in the airline industry, maintain effective team working and communications in the airline industry, contribute to the health and safety of airline passengers, contribute to airline security and demonstrate an understanding of the airport arrival process.
Assessment method
Participants must have completed Level 1 qualifications or equivalent.
