Course Description
This course will develop self-confidence, grooming and the poise necessary for those people who wish to work in quality organisations in front of passengers and guests. Students will acquire the necessary knowledge to become a member of cabin crew or work in the hospitality sector. On completion of this course students will also receive NVQ Level 2 in Food and Drink Service, CIEH Basic Food Hygiene, Basic First Aid, HAB Certificate in Customer Care Level 2 and Key Skills in Information Technology, Application of Number and Communication.
