Course Description
This qualification provides with training and a better chance of gaining employment in this very glamourous industry. It shows the airline that understand the role of the crew memberand can already perform many of the duties. Study includes lectures, visits to airports/residential, group work and practical exercises. Subjects covered include: health and safety/use ofemergency equipment; first aid; maintaining security; how to provide advice, direct and escort passengers; prepare and serve food and drinks; deal with payments and complaints;customer care; foreign language skills; fares and ticketing-related training; importance of effective team work; working in groups.
Entry Requirements
Selection by interview. Student must be enthusiastic andcommitted to the industry. Must satisfy the College that have the qualities and skills to be successful. A minimum of Entry Level 3 in Literacy and Numeracy is required. Entry will besubject to successful completion of a group assessment activity and individual interview.
