Course Description
This course covers; in-flight first aid and health and safety; hospitality and in-flight service; customer service; grooming; general knowledge of the aviation industry; travel geography and airline terminology.
Entry Requirements
Students must be at least 17.5 years of age. Mature students can also apply. Students must be 1.6 m in height and be able to swim at least 50m competently. Suitability will be discussed at interview.
