This course is designed to give students the knowledge and ability to become cabin crew. The course mirrors some of the training available within the industry with practical experiences and employment prospects. It is backed by Monarch, Thomas Cook and BMI which guarantees interviews upon successful completion of the course. They will look at different aspects of cabin crew training including customer care, food and drink service, first aid and emergency procedures.
No formal qualifications are necessary to complete the certificate, only a good level of written and spoken English. The course is aimed at those with a genuine interest in the travel industry and who would like to become air cabin crew.
