Any student who is considering working for an airline. This course would compliment a wide range of A level programmes and could enhance employability. The course consists of six units covering knowledge of the airline industry including the role of cabin crew in promoting airline security, health and safety and delivering customer service. Team working and communications within the industry are covered as well as airport arrival processes. Although a considerable amount of theory is covered, the course has a large practical part where students are assessed in a variety of role-play situations and mock-ups.
