This course is designed to give students the skills and knowledge needed to gain employment within the land based sector and appreciate the issues that now exist in rural areas; this includes both theory and academic study skills taught at college and practice developed through the student's chosen vocational placement; the course provides a practical approach to the management of land through the study of agriculture and related environmental issues.
