The course is designed to be flexible and innovative in meeting the needs of students and service providers; it is suitable for students wanting the opportunity to develop a portfolio of modules tailored to their individual needs and develop advanced knowledge and skills relevant to their area of professional practice; a number of option modules are available, ranging across topics germane to all professionals whatever their area of practice, such as: clinical governance; leadership; risk and accountability; to more specific areas of clinical speciality such: as cancer care; palliative care; and community health nursing.
