This course is geared to students that have already covered the basics of guitar (barre chords, major/minor/pantatonic scales) but who want to develop their playing to a better technical and theoretical level. Topics covered will include: transposition, proper use of modes, lead phrasing, improvisation, jazz inversions, chord substitutions, melodic and harmonic minor scales, walking bass lines, electric guitar styles and arranging guitar parts.
Students must have completed beginners level.
