Face Therapy teaches the re-education of the connective tissue and muscles of the face; along with detailed knowledge on diet, posture, breathing and energy. You will learn to refine the contours of the cheeks & jaw; release chronic muscle tension and revitalize the skin tone through 6 specially designed 1hour treatments. Learning Outcomes include: Ability to map the face, scalp, neck and chest for tension and blockages. Work with the energy of the body's connective tissue and muscles of the face to initiate a release. Release post trauma tensions related to face paralysis and Bell's palsy. Energy work techniques. Ability to assess and advise on correct nutritional wellbeing and to breakdown advice into manageable home-works for clients. A deep level of understanding of the power of touch and its impact on the physical and emotional body. A profound level of self understanding, that increases our awareness to how our own energies affect the massage we give.
