Oak Tree Management And Training
Apprentices learn on the job, building up knowledge, skills and gaining qualifications. They will work towards: National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) - recognises their competence in the workplace; technical certificate - this demonstrates their technical knowledge and capability and provides underpinning knowledge to do their job; key skills - application of number, communication at level 2.
Students must be under the age of 25 and have 4 GSCE grades A-D. They will also need to be employed in a responsible role within the office and preferably already have NVQ level 2 in Administration.
