Fireworks combines both drawing and image editing features and is the ideal tool for creating web graphics and animations. This course will show you how to take advantage of Fireworks' powerful features and how to integrate it to speed up web development and for use with Dreamweaver and other applications. The goals of this course are: to become familiar with all the tools, to create and edit web graphics, to learn animation techniques, to export graphics for use in other applications. Each student will get a trial copy of Fireworks/Studio 8 for Windows or Mac in addition to any course material. Available in Windows or Apple Mac.
Familiarity with the web and some familiarity with web page development techniques in general would be useful.
