Adobe Acrobat is a powerful, application independent, cross platform publishing tool for electronic or on-line distribution for all types of documents. It is ideal for anyone who needs to distribute documents electronically, irrespective of computer platform or program. It is also an ideal tool to enable graphic rich documents to be published on the Internet without the restraints of HTML. Acrobat Pro from version 8 onwards also enables individuals to share and conduct reviews of many types of content by sending out a PDF version of the source document for others to review, or by posting a PDF to a shared server. Reviewers add their comments to the PDF using commenting and markup tools and then send, or upload, their comments. On this training course participants will learn how to save their existing files as Portable (PDF) files from various software applications. The training course will also cover using Acrobat Pro to create links, bookmarks, thumbnails and forms, as well as create interactive buttons to move between and even launch applications. For those intending to use this as an Internet tool, we will also cover setting up Web links and creating interactive forms and the document review tools.
