The adjudication course is aimed at people in the construction industry who have achieved at least A level or equivalent, or have worked for more than two years working in the construction industry. This course is intended for those in the industry, such as developers, principal contractors, all contractors, project managers, commercial managers, as well as the architects, engineers, surveyors, who want to know what to do when a dispute arises, for example, about payment or delay, how they would initiate, conduct and defend an adjudication, and what should happen during the Adjudication process.
