Assessment method
This course is assessed using a combination of course work assignment (30%) and an end of module examination (70%). On successful completion of the course, they will obtain 120 credits (6 x 20 credits).

Entry Requirements
To gain recognition as a qualified accountant, candidates would need to spend several years pursuing the professional training route of one of the many examination bodies. Most exam bodies would accept them with at least two ‘A’ level or equivalent qualifications, together with three GCSE/S Grade passes A-C/1-3, including English and Maths (or equivalent). In practice, the most common entry route to professional accountancy training is a degree in any academic subject.
