This course provides participants with an introduction to the skills they will need to study to become a teacher. They will cover: English, Maths, Science (GCSE level), Teaching Studies, Introduction to IT, History, Literature and study skills. After completing this course they will progress to a degree or foundation degree in Education Studies or further study on another teaching-related course.
participants must have passed the college Maths and English assessment at level 2 grade.
