This course has been created to meet the needs of people who wish to develop their skills in art and design. It provides an opportunity for mature students to redirect their career choice and to explore alternative creatively based occupations. The objectives are to enable access to the process of visual education in a broad range of media and disciplines with a view to further study at a higher level.
By portfolio and interview. There are no formal entry qualifications, but candidates will be expected to show potential for access to Higher Education. They should also have the ability to articulate their ideas visually and in writing.
