Course Description
Access Queries and Reports - Who is the course for? For those who have the basic knowledge of the layout of a database table but want to explore how the queries and expression work and to create really useful reports from them. Aims of the Course: To provide students with a better understanding of Access databases and in particular how to retrieve, manage and print off records within a database that meet specific criteria.Objectives of the Course? Database structures; Database Tables; Running Queries to find and sort specific data within the database; Producing Reports from Tables and Queries; Printing options. Activities and Tasks: Tutor led activities with the use of a large screen - Handouts to underpin information demonstrated - Questions and Answers.
