This fast-track route is designed for busy and experienced legally qualified professionals who have a law qualification and substantial knowledge of adjudication or those with adjudication practice experience. The programme has been devised to take into account, knowledge and experience gained through academic and practical means. On successful completion of this course, participants should be able to: demonstrate knowledge of the principles of adjudication, appreciate the importance of managing the process of adjudication, deal with procedural problems that may arise and recognise the value of evidence presented.
Participants should have successfully completed the CIArb Introduction Module, Module 1 Law of Obligations and Civil Evidence and Module 2 Adjudication, a relevant course offered by a CIArb Recognised Course Provider, a course offered by a CIArb Branch or have relevant adjudication practice experience and be registered with the CIArb as a Member.
