Course Description
The programme prepares today's managers to become tomorrow's leaders by supporting them through the transition into general management. It accelerates and smoothes this transition by strengthening interpersonal and strategic skills whilst broadening organisational and functional knowledge. There will be the opportunity to gain a broader understanding of how different approaches achieve results, discuss ideas and find new ways forward from people facing the same issues. Learning is grouped in a variety of cross-cultural teams, encouraging participants to share experiences throughout the programme, as well as fulfilling potential by developing the five key capabilities needed to become a highly effective general manager and an inspiring business leader.
Course Fees
Fee for the programme is £18,000 (please note fees are subject to change). This includes all tuition, educational materials and most meals.
