This course covers the selection, supply and aftercare of plants. Participants will learn about health and safety; the maintenance of equipment and how to correctly survey the tree prior to starting work. Underpinning the whole course will be an understanding of current legislation and ecological issues surrounding the woodland.
Students would benefit from prior horticultural knowledge or experience in arboriculture.
