Course Description
The 7 Tools - sometimes called the 7 quality tools or pictorial tools - present complex or abstract statistical information in a simple pictorial form. They can play a crucial part in the drive to reduce costs, improve quality and safety and enhance productivity. This course introduces you to the basic principles and explains where, when and how they are generally used in industry, teaching you the basics of frequency distribution and the concept of variation - and the importance of controlling or removing it. You’ll see how to use the 7 Tools to help monitor and control the production process, analyse and solve problems, generate ideas and help with the production process.
