Hairdressing courses cover a range of topics relating to the practical application and understanding of hairdressing in a professional environment, including colouring, health & safety and client consultation. Typically hairdressing courses will be an area of focused study; occasionally however, it will form part of a hairdressing and beauty course. The majority of courses prepare students for professional employment in a hairdressing salon and, therefore, you will need to have the ability to work independently and creatively.

What: 2 Day Hair Styling Course - Bridal - Vintage - Red Carpet - Prom - Plaits - Braids - Wedding - Hair up
by Lucy - December 2014
I recently took the 2 day wedding hair/red carpet hair course and found it really helpful, I've been hairdressing for a number of years and just felt a bit rusty on a few things and felt I needed to update my skills,I was particularly interested in learning the different plaiting techniques such as the Dutch braid and the fishtail French plait, pam made these simple to understand and I seemed to pick it up fairly quickly, We also coverd the securing of the hair and ways of hiding the pins to give a better finish which I will be doing in the future!!i now have more to offer my clients and feel much more confident,I would recommend this course to anybody new to hair or experienced :)
