Our guide to hairdresser training courses

Hairdressing courses cover a range of topics relating to the practical application and understanding of hairdressing in a professional environment, including colouring, health & safety and client consultation. Typically hairdressing courses will be an area of focused study; occasionally however, it will form part of a hairdressing and beauty course. The majority of courses prepare students for professional employment in a hairdressing salon and, therefore, you will need to have the ability to work independently and creatively.
