Our guide to acupuncture training courses

Acupuncture is a type of treatment that hails from China and uses needles in certain areas of the body as a way of relieving pain and treating health problems. Some newer acupuncture courses don’t involve needles though and will teach you how to do this with a type of massage called acupressure. On a typical acupuncture course you will learn about which areas of the body you must target in order to solve certain issues. You will also be taught about the health and safety aspect of performing acupuncture.
