By sending this order to Hotcourses the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and a contract will be formed at the moment when Hotcourses acknowledges receipt of the order. Any cancellations more than three months before publication will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations less than three months before publication will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. All cancellations must be made in writing.
2. Most website options are for a twelve month period and start from the ‘going live’ date indicated. If no going live date is indicated then the booking will start 30 days from confirmation. If institutions fail to supply or approve their copy in time to go live on the date indicated, the twelve month chargeable period will start from the going live date indicated on this form or 30 days from confirmation if no live date is specified.
3. Banner and press advertising can be made up by Hotcourses Ltd for a minimum £150 charge.
4. All prices exclude VAT. If your institution is VAT exempt, please send us a VAT exemption certificate or letter and your invoice will be sent without VAT.
5. Invoices are issued on receipt of this booking form.
6. Translated content bookings are only allowed in conjunction with equivalent English version.
7. A maximum of two sets of amendments may be made to profiles in one year.
8. The institution shall ensure that it owns the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in any information that it provides to Hotcourses for subsequent publication.
9. Hotcourses will not be liable to the customer if for any reason beyond its control the www.hotcourses.com or www.hcstuff.com website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
10. These terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.
11. Payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice or publication whichever is the earlier. For package deals, where multiple publication and/or web bookings create a volume discount, payment will be required in staged phases starting from date of first publication or first web booking, whichever is the earlier. Staged payments will run on a maximum quarterly cycle for package deals covering a full year, and shorter periods where the contract covers a shorter period. Dates will be notified by Hotcourses accounts.
