Professional Cookery Level 2:
This qualification will develop your knowledge and skills in professional cooking. It will teach you how to prepare and produce stocks, soups, sauces, fruit, vegetables, meat, fish dishes, biscuits, cakes and sponge products. Plus 5 additional Saturdays, kit and uniform required.
