Hand Therapy MSc: This course enables students to continue learning, evaluating, maintaining and developing services for hand therapy. Students learn to critically evaluate and reflect on your own practice in hand therapy.

Modules

Stage 1: introduction to masters level study; assessment of the hand and upper limb; treatment modalities. Stage 2: research methods; hand injuries and conditions: mechanisms and interventions;hand therapy in practice. Applicants choose from the following modules: management of change; physical characteristics and ergonomics; negotiated module; evaluating practice outcomes; professional and informed reasoning; radiographic image analysis of the appendicular skeleton;supervision.
