This course has been designed as a practical work related course. An assessor will visit you in the workplace to observe practical activities. Job roles include Nursery Worker or supervisor where you may be working in a supervisory role (but not necessarily), within a nursery/early learning and childcare setting, providing care for young children. It consists of the following: Level 3 NVQ for the Children and Young People's Workforce, Employer rights and responsibilities (ERR), Personal Learning and Thinking Skills. On successful completion of this course, you can continuing your employment progression to team leader, supervisor etc.
